I spent over 18+ years in corporate HR working for companies like GSK, Quest Diagnostics, and Duke—leading teams, hiring talent, and building out systems from scratch. But before I ever coached anyone, I was already running my own businesses. It’s been 12+ years now event planning, catering, real estate, digital products, and more. I didn’t just study business—I lived it.
